All you do is create content that meets the needs of your audience, show them products that can help them, and get them to buy so you earn a cut of the sale!

Selling on your own store
Yes, you can actually start your own version of Amazon: an e-commerce store.
With an e-commerce store, you will need to create or obtain products in an inventory, list them on your website, and sell them for profit.
There is indeed a lot of steps that go into this, but I broke it all down for you in my complete Shopify for beginners article, so check it out.
Shopify is a great website to start your own e-commerce store. There are other services that allow you to create online stores, such as Magento, and WooCommerce, a WordPress plugin.
Fulfillment by Amazon
Amazon is the world’s largest online store and you can certainly create a successful online business by leveraging the power of Amazon.
The best way to do this is through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). This is easier than running your own online store because:
- Amazon will store your inventory in their warehouses for you
- When someone places an order, Amazon takes care of the shipping and handling for you
- If a customer complains, Amazon takes care of the situation for you
The only thing you need to do is stock up on the products and that’s it!

Dropshipping
Dropshipping is probably one of the most interesting business models. As a dropshipper, you leverage other people’s products, sell them in your online store at a higher price, and order the product for a customer who decides to buy.
The best way to get started with dropshipping is by starting a Shopify store and then using a Shopify plugin like Oberlo that allows you to automate your dropshipping work.
